  Not really any surprises as far as buffets go, so don't going on expecting anything super quality. Also don't expect to leave without visiting the bathroom a couple times. Gluttony at its most explicit

  One of the best buffets I've ever been to. Food choice and quality is much better than any other local or surrounding town buffets. Price is very reasonable, you won't leave here feeling hungry!

  NASTY MANAGER & COLD LOW QUALITY FOOD.
  
  It isn't often that I give a terrible rating to any restaurant, but this time they deserve it 100% ! This place was never great, it was always and average buffet with a mix of Chinese, Italian (pizza, etc) Japanese and American. The last couple of times here the food quality has been getting worse, and today it hit rock bottom, along with the attitude of the manager.
  
  Most of the food that I selected today was either cold or barely luke-warm (except the ice cream ;-) ) I explained this to the waitress but nothing was rectified. They said I needed to speak to the woman behind the desk at the front door if I wanted to talk about the food. Well, that was a huge mistake! I explained to her in a nice way that the food was cold and I would appreciate it if she could remove one of the 5 meals on the bill as a courtesy since I didn't eat much of anything because the food was cold. She said let me check and came back and said all the temperatures on the buffet were correct and that I was not telling her the truth because nobody else had complained. Wow! I told her a little customer service would go a long way and she replied that I was stupid and needed to go back to school, in the presence of my family and many others standing at the front door. I have no idea what she was talking about, I may be stupid sometimes, but I don't really think I need any more school! ;-) . She also told me she didn't care if I came back, JUST PAY THE BILL! It is always nice to tell your repeat customers over many years that you don't care if they come back, that always encourages me to want to go out and tell others how well I was treated and how when things were not right they did what they could to keep me as a customer. (Of course, I am being sarcastic)
  
  So I did just that, I paid the bill, but that will be that last time I pay a bill at the Red Apple Buffet. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Getting insulted and paying for barely mediocre cold food, what is the point in coming back, unless you actually enjoy being mistreated.
